I must be looking forward to something besides all the rain and cloudy skies we've been having. Nothing worse than a warm winter with no snow. But! How about a beach and some sunshine? This is Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Michigan, and my first painting in a series of Sleeping Bear Dunes. Voted as the most beautiful place in the US. Very lovely.
